Tree House in a Big Sycamore
In October, 2005, we started building a two-story treehouse in a big Sycamore. We worked with Jake Jacob, from the Treehouse Workshop, on the platform and finished the building ourselves. The client was very interested in the Hobo Shack motif and so we got lots of used windows and doors and roofing. We finally finished around May, 2006 and I was still tweaking things in November, 2006. In February, 2008, we are talking about what to do about the raccoons and squirrels who are delighted to be in such a nice home...
